Before starting the installation of Dropbox Cloud Storage App, update the package and repository of Ubuntu 18.04 using the command given below.

After updating the packages & repositories now we have to download the Dropbox Cloud Storage App from its official website. Hence to download the same use the below command.

As you can see below I have already downloaded the Dropbox Cloud Storage App .deb package. Refer to the output below.

Find your computer box to open the Dropbox Cloud Storage App and just search the dropbox. See snapshots below.
