The Hide My Email feature is provided in iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, so that you can keep your personal email hidden. This feature works on Apple devices by assigning a random and unique email address to apps and websites that ask for your personal email address to sign up. This keeps your personal email private. iPhone and iPad users can also access Hide My Email directly by going to Safari, Mail, and iCloud settings.

Before starting the steps, note that the Hide My Email feature is a part of iCloud+. iCloud+ is a paid subscription service that starts at Rs.75 ($0.99 in the US) per month.
This feature is an extension of the already existing Sign in with Apple feature which was launched by the Cupertino company in 2019. This is limited to services that require an Apple ID to signup. In contrast, the Hide My Email feature gives users randomly generated email addresses that can be used anywhere. Users can manage or deactivate pre-existing random email addresses.
How to set up Hide My Email?
Once you have iCloud+ on your iPhone or iPad, you can set up Hide My Email like this-
Go to Settings and tap on your name at the top.
Now select iCloud > Select Hide My Email.
Now tap on + Create new address. This will allow Apple to create a random email address for you with @icloud.com that you can use to sign in to a new site or app. Emails you receive on these email addresses will be received directly in your personal inbox.
If you like the auto generated email, tap on Continue. If not, you can generate another email address as well.
Now you will need to create a label for this address so that you will be able to remember how you use the email in the future. You can also prepare a note for this.
Now click on Next from the top right.
Your random email address has now been set up. You can copy it whenever you want to use it on an iPhone or iPad by going to Hide My Email settings.
How to manage or delete email addresses created using Hide My Email?
You can also manage or delete randomly created email addresses.
Go to Settings and tap on your name at the top.
Now select iCloud > Hide My Email.
Now tap the label of the random email address you want to manage.
If you want to change the label of the address, then select the Label option. You can also create a note for it by tapping on Note. If you want to delete this address, then you can do so by tapping on Deactivate email address.
