There is easy steps to take to make backup sticky notes and restore them.

Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Win +R button on your keyboard and type the directory path so that %AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes. After typing the path, press ENTER.

After the above steps you will find a new window called StickyNotes.SNT. This is a database file of your sticky notes. So just copy StickyNotes.Snp for backup stickynotes and paste them on your backup hard drive or wherever you want to back up. That’s it.

So go back to the %AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes location run dialog box and paste the backup file ie StickyNotes.SNT to restore your backed up sticky notes database file.
