Open Command Prompt (cmd) By Pressing Combination of Windows key + R to open run and type cmd then press enter. now open Command Prompt. Look at the path as it is not a deleted folder, and add the path as follows.

cd /d c:\users\5142619\desktop

Open Folder Path:

On my computer, the folder is on the desktop so I have given the path of the desktop, and 5142619 is a user.

View Folder Directory:

Now we will see the Desktop directory. Type dir / x for this, you will see the files and folder names on the desktop. The folder which does not delete on my computer is named 12 and the folder directory name is 12A258 ~ 1.

Remove Folder:

Using the following command, and fix the folder error. The folder gets permanently deleted by this command

rmdir /q /s 12A258~1

Enter the name of the directory folder after this remove directory command. The name of the directory folder in my system is 12A258 ~ 1.
